User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring the accuracy of data entered into the system.
  • Keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • Using Shafa in compliance with your local healthcare regulations.
  • Backing up your data if using the offline version.

 

License

Shafa is licensed, not sold.
You receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or attempt to reverse-engineer the software.
  • Share or distribute the software without written permission from AFG. Futech.
  • Use the software to harm, disrupt, or overload our systems.

 

Payments & Subscriptions

If you are using a paid version:

  • Subscription fees must be paid on time.
  • Failure to pay may suspend your access.
  • No refunds are issued for partial usage.

Free versions are provided “as-is” with limited support.

 

Data Ownership

All medical and clinic data you enter into Shafa belongs to you (the clinic/doctor).
AFG. Futech does not claim ownership.

However, you grant us permission to securely store and process it for system functionality.

 

Limitation of Liability

Shafa is provided “as available.”
AFG. Futech is not responsible for:

  • Data loss caused by user error
  • Internet provider issues
  • Power failures
  • Misuse of the software
  • Unauthorized access due to weak passwords

 

Updates & Changes

We may update the software to improve performance or security.
Continued use means you agree to the updated terms.
